What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run the tools on this site.

• Booking a call: your name, business name, email, phone number, the topics you pick and any notes you add.
• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number and your message.
• Free website audit: the website address you enter and your email.
• AI chat assistant: the messages you send, and any contact details you choose to share.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through analytics cookies and our hosting provider's logs.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to you and schedule and run your strategy call
• Send booking confirmations and calendar invites
• Run the free audit and send you the results
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We don't sell your information

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

We use trusted service providers to run this site. They only get the information they need to do their job for us. Some of them store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

• Google: email, calendar and video calls for bookings, website speed checks for the audit, and visit statistics (Google Analytics)
• Netlify: website hosting

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. We don't use them for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and the site will still work. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load analytics at all.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at team@boostditigtal.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not happy with how we handled your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Keeping it safe

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, keep access limited to people who need it, and choose providers with strong security. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Demo sites

The demo sites under /demos are for fictional businesses. Their buttons and forms are for show and don't collect any information.
